Arwen Undómiel (White) is a character from the Middle-earth universe created by J. R. R. Tolkien. She appears in his best-known book, The Lord of the Rings. Arwen is a Half-elf who lived during the Third Age. In Quenya Arwen's name signifies noble woman (Q. 'ar'=noble, 'wen'=maiden). Her second name or epessë, Undómiel means Evenstar (Evening star) (Q. 'undómë'=dusk, 'él'=star) Therefore she is also called Arwen Evenstar.

The Nazgûl (from Black Speech Nazg (ring) and Gûl (wraith, spirit) are Sauron's most terrible servants in the Second Age of Middle-earth.
